A Learning Quest 529 plan is a tax-advantaged investment vehicle for higher education. My job is to make all that sound approachable, rewarding, and feasible so that parents use Learning Quest to save for their child's future.
My fix? Get rid of big finance terms unless you're explaining them & write like you're talking on the phone to a friend. Motivate parents by balancing the long-term benefits of investing with the short-term perks while avoiding information overload.
