Trozzolo wanted to attract more top-notch interns that would typically go the big agency route. My fix? A recruitment campaign that flexes the benefits unique to them as a mid-sized agency in KC.
The concept, Get Real, targets applicants who are ready to supercharge their career without overloading their circuit. They don't just want to sit at a desk all day, somehow burning out with only a line on their resume to show for it. They want to get real. Every day. And leave with great work and even greater connections.
